Ilya Shulman

Managing Director

Mr. Shulman has been active in the healthcare real estate sector for decades. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the acquisition of healthcare properties totaling over $140 million. Beyond his role as an investor, he has also acted as the manager of five healthcare facilities, and is a part-owner of Provident Healthcare Management, a leading healthcare management company. Prior to his involvement in healthcare, Mr. Shulman held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Interfirst Mortgage Company, where he managed treasury, financial operations, repurchase facilities, and secondary marketing activity. Mr. Shulman graduated from the University of Illinois with a major in Finance.

Ben Raiber

Managing Director

Mr. Raiber is a seasoned global investor and asset manager with a wealth of experience in the residential and commercial real estate, healthcare, and the securities industries. He has worked with prestigious financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch-Bank of America and the AXA Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Raiber has sourced and analyzed over $500M in debt and equity financing opportunities including U.S. public bids, affordable housing projects, real estate developments, nursing home financing, and student housing. He has ownership in a diverse portfolio that includes student housing complexes, multifamily housing, healthcare properties, and triple net lease deals. Mr. Raiber graduated from the University of Illinois - Chicago with a major in Economics.
